Suitable for all bodies and all levels of ability, you'll find a class that can be leveled up or down to suit your goals.


HIIT FIT

This High-Intensity Interval Training class offers you strength and cardio in one neat little package. Quick and effective training that will have you coming back from more. This class uses body weight, resistance bands, and free weights to help you meet your fitness goals. *All Levels Welcomed

Fun fact: dancing for an hour burns anywhere from 300-800 calories.

BARRE FITNESS


TOTAL BODY BARRE

This class is rooted in ballet fundamentals and offers a total-body barre workout that targets your glutes, legs, core, and arms! This musically-driven group class focuses on low-impact high-intensity movements that strengthen and tone your entire body, leaving you with your heart pumping, your muscles burning, and working up a sweat from head to toe. Expect to spend time at the ballet barre, on the floor, and on a mat.


BARRE Fusion

Join us for a high-energy fusion of dance-inspired movements, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning. This dynamic class combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and traditional cardio exercises to sculpt and tone your entire body. Experience the exhilaration of upbeat music, precise movements, and a heart-pumping workout that leaves you feeling energized and empowered.


PSOAS CORE PELVIC FLOOR

This class series takes your core training to a whole new level. We'll explore the connection between your psoas (deep hip muscle), core, and pelvic floor, creating a foundation for stability, strength, and improved posture.

6 week progressive Series starting September 9th, Monday at 5:45PM


BABE + ME BARRE

We recommend that babies are a minimum of 6 weeks old and that all new mamas have been cleared by their physician before resuming physical activity. Barre is the perfect low-impact cardio exercise for both pregnant women and after pregnancy, alongside other forms of postpartum exercise. A chest baby carrier is required for this class. No carriers will be provided; please come prepared.

6 week progressive series starting September 9th, Monday at 10:00am


POWER PILATES FUSION

Pilates inspired full body workout. Controlled repetitive movements to get that classic Pilates burn. Challenging, Effective, and Low Impact. Classes may incorporate weights, blocks, resistance bands, or other props. Suitable for all levels.



YOGA CLasses


SLOW FLOW

This flow yoga class is for those interested in a "meet you where you are" practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Expect options to increase or decrease the level of intensity to meet you where you are in your body.

No experience or flexibility is required.


Yoga FIT

DARK YIN

Join us for a dreamy dark yin class that allows you to sink deep into your body. With a focus on holding only 5-10 poses per class, yin will assist you in gently relaxing the muscles and fascial connective tissues, creating longer-lasting flexibility. Calm the mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety, and enjoy a deep stretch. This class is an excellent complement to round out a busy outdoor lifestyle.

Appropriate for all levels, Candlelit Restorative Yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Restorative Yoga will assist you in gently relaxing the muscles and fascial connective tissues, creating longer-lasting flexibility. Calm the mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety, and enjoy a deep release.


FREEDOM Flow SUNDAY

Flow with us on Sunday! Get your morning started by finding your flow. Sunday’s are all about going with the flow. Tune into yourself so you can follow you own rhythm. Letting your body by your guide. Feel free to find yourself creativetly moving in class. Today is your day! Move and Flow as you see fit.


LOWER BODY LOVE

Treat your legs and hips to some well-deserved attention in our Lower Body Love Yoga class! This invigorating session focuses on strengthening, stretching, and rejuvenating the lower body through a series of targeted poses and flows. Emphasizing flexibility, balance, and core stability, the class helps relieve tension, improve circulation, and enhance overall lower body strength. Perfect for all levels, it’s a great way to nurture your lower half, and improve posture.


HATHA YOGA

Join us for a well-rounded and approachable Hatha Flow class that will leave you feeling both energized and grounded. This class is an excellent middle ground between our Power Vinyasa and Slow Flow Yoga classes. If you're not quite ready to dive into Power but feeling like you'd like a little more spice, this is the class for you.

SNOW FIT

The best way to set yourself up for a successful season is to get your body ready for all the bends, twists, turns, and jolts that the season brings.

Snow Fit is a Full Body Conditioning Program to help you crush opening day and every day on the slopes.

The program emphasizes bodyweight movements that target your legs, arms, back, and core. This class is good mix of strength, endurance, balance and agility.

The goal is to help prevent injuries and promote quicker recovery time.

HIIT FIT

Get off the bike or treadmill and try something fun.

This type of training involves repeated bouts of high-intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. A great combination of strength and cardio.

This efficient and effective class is designed to torch calories, boost metabolism, and enhance overall fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels, HIIT promises a full-body challenge that leaves you feeling empowered, energized, and accomplished.

BARRE SCULPT

Barre Sculpt is a barre inspired workout for non-dancers.

At the barre and on the mat, Barre Sculpt tones, strengthens and lengthens your muscles without adding bulk.

This low impact form of exercise is gentle on your joints and suitable for all ages.

Expect a "slow burn" in this class that will warm and tone your muscles

CORE CONDITIONING

This class offers a focus on MORE CORE.

This group class focuses on low-impact high-intensity movements that strengthen and tone your body.

No shoes are required for this class.

It is an excellent low-impact workout for those looking to increase their stabilizing and balance muscles.

mama + babe barre

Bring your bubs to this mama and baby barre fitness class!

We offer a safe space for you to leave all of your personal belongings such as your carseat, baby bag, etc. and to regroup before, during or after class. Our facility is secured and no one else with have access to our studio during your classes.

We recommend that babies are a minimum of 6-weeks old and that all new mamas have been cleared by their physician before resuming physical activity. 

Babies are typically between 6-weeks of age and up-to a year old.

We recommend and will incorporate a chest baby carrier for this class. No carriers will be provided; please come prepared.

Barre is perfect low impact cardio exercise for both pregnant woman and after pregnancy, alongside other forms of postpartum exercise.

This class is most suitable for moms with babies that are not yet walking.

Please note that there is no childcare provided during this class. Moms may bring their babies into the studio floor and lay them on their mats, remain in car seats, or be placed with other babies in a comfortable and contained baby area.

Please note that toddlers or young children old enough to walk and run post a safety hazard in the classroom and would not be suitable for this class.
