Snow Fit is led by Jane Reynolds, an experienced strength and conditioning coach, integrated Health Coach, group fitness instructor, and Personal Trainer. Jane’s reputation speaks for itself- it’s been selling out every year since 2019.
Jane is known for her ability to make training both challenging and approachable. She focuses on the muscle groups and movement patterns that matter most for winter sports — with an emphasis on proper form, joint stability, and injury prevention.
