Looking to tap into your peak performance this winter? Snow Fit is a comprehensive, 8-week fitness journey tailored to elevate your skiing, snowboarding, and outdoor winter adventures. This progressive program will target the muscles and movements crucial for skiing, snowboarding, or cross-country. The program emphasizes strength movements that target your Full Body - Lower Body, Upper Body, & Core.

Conditioning your body preseason will help you to focus your attention on techniques and form vs strength and endurance.  The class is a good mix of strength, endurance, balance, and agility, using a variety of equipment (free weights, benches, balance boards, bands, & more). We emphasize proper technique and form to maximize results and prevent injury. Whether you’re a seasoned skier or a first-time snowboarder, our trainer (Jane) will help you achieve your best performance.
