MEET YOUR TRAINER
Snow Fit is led by Jane Reynolds, an experienced strength and conditioning coach, integrated Health Coach, group fitness instructor, and Personal Trainer. Jane’s reputation speaks for itself- it’s been selling out every year since 2019.
Jane is known for her ability to make training both challenging and approachable. She focuses on the muscle groups and movement patterns that matter most for winter sports — with an emphasis on proper form, joint stability, and injury prevention.
What sets Jane apart:

A former high-level soccer player, Jane draws on her athletic background and lived experience to help others get the most out of their winter season.

Drop-ins aren’t available for Snow Fit for health and safety reasons. It’s a progressive series building cumulative strength.

Not at all! Snow Fit is progressive and adaptable. We’ll meet you where you’re at and safely build strength, endurance, and agility. You don't need to be “fit” to join but you must have some prior baseline of fitness, approved by your doctor to workout, and healing from any previous injuries. This is a progressive series and we work from the ground up. You’ll see improvements in your fitness within weeks. Jane is very versed in keeping everyone happy by giving variations and progressions.

Punch passes are not applicable towards signature progressive series.

Mat’s are limited and we encourage that you bring your own. Wear comfortable workout clothes, indoor athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle. All other equipment is provided.

Just like Netflix doesn’t refund you if you skip a day of binge-watching, we don’t offer refunds for missed Snow Fit classes. This is a progressive series, so you’re signing up for the whole season, not just drop-ins.
But don’t stress—if you miss a session, we’ll do our best to get you into another class that week.
Any make-up classes offered need to happen within the Snow Fit season (October 20 – December 12). No credits or refunds.
