Acuity Scheduling Client

  • From your desktop or laptop computer by clicking here, or by downloading the Acuity Scheduling Client app through App Store or Google Play.

  • From the main menu, select your class category, class, date, and time. To schedule more than one session of the same class, choose “select and add another time” from the drop down menu that appears when you select the class time. From here, head onward to payment.

  • From the main menu, select your pass category, and pass type. Enter your personal information, payment info, and then get busy scheduling your favourite classes!

  • Every pass comes with a unique certificate code that will be emailed to you once your pass purchase is complete. At the payment screen, expand the “Package, gift, or coupon code” menu by selecting the + sign and enter your unique code.

  • Your unique certificate code will be emailed to you upon purchase of any pass.

    You can also manage your codes by signing in and selecting your account info from the top right corner of the screen, then selecting “Manage codes”.
