SLOW FLOW

This flow yoga class is for those interested in a "meet you where you are" practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Expect options to increase or decrease the level of intensity to meet you where you are in your body.

No experience or flexibility is required.


FREEDOM flow

Join us for a well-rounded and approachable Hatha Flow class that will leave you feeling both energized and grounded. This class is an excellent middle ground between our Power Vinyasa and Slow Flow Yoga classes. If you're not quite ready to dive into Power but feeling like you'd like a little more spice, this is the class for you. 


HATHA YOGA

Join us for a well-rounded and approachable Hatha Flow class that will leave you feeling both energized and grounded. LOWER BODY LOVE

Treat your legs and hips to some well-deserved attention in our Lower Body Love Yoga class! This invigorating session focuses on strengthening, stretching, and rejuvenating the lower body through a series of targeted poses and flows. Emphasizing flexibility, balance, and core stability, the class helps relieve tension, improve circulation, and enhance overall lower body strength. Perfect for all levels, it’s a great way to nurture your lower half, and improve posture.

 



DARK YIN

Join us for a dreamy dark yin class that allows you to sink deep into your body. With a focus on holding only 5-10 poses per class, yin will assist you in gently relaxing the muscles and fascial connective tissues, creating longer-lasting flexibility. Calm the mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety, and enjoy a deep stretch. This class is an excellent complement to round out a busy outdoor lifestyle.

Appropriate for all levels, Candlelit Restorative Yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Restorative Yoga will assist you in gently relaxing the muscles and fascial connective tissues, creating longer-lasting flexibility. Calm the mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety, and enjoy a deep release. 


YOGA FIT

Join us in our invigorating Yoga Fit class, where we blend the mindfulness of yoga with the strength-building benefits of fitness.

This fusion-style class that caters to all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis.

We view freedom as choice. You have the choice to say yes, you have the choice to say no.

This class is all about YOU, and YOUR body, it’s a chance to be in a class setting with the guidance of an instructor but the option to ultimately listen to what feels best for you.

With creative sequencing and a faster paced flow, this vinyasa based class is always changing. Feel free to try new postures, or stick to ones that feel supportive in your body.

Expect the unexpected, but be certain you will leave feeling happy, refreshed, and limber.

hatha YOGA

Gentle Hatha Yoga is an approachable yoga class for everybody and every BODY.

This class may align your chakras by accident, but our core intention is to introduce you to the benefits of yoga under the guise of mindful and carefully guided stretching.

Expect a slower pace, long holds, and lots of connection to the breath.

A dynamic class that blends the power of yoga postures with heart-pumping cardio sequences. This invigorating practice will sculpt your body, boost your energy, and leave you feeling centered and strong.

No experience or flexibility is required.

PRENATAL YOGA

Practice yoga postures and conditioning exercises to strengthen important muscle groups in support of your changing, pregnant body.

Connect breath and movement to unravel common pregnancy discomforts, balance emotions, and boost energy.

Enjoy creative sequences and develop endurance in preparation for coping during labour.

Join us and build community with other women who share your experience.

Prenatal yoga is not offered on a regular basis due to minimal demand in the community.

We have a certified prenatal instructor on staff; we encourage clients to gather a group of five (5) or more to arrange for a class. A minimum four-week commitment is required.
