This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Expect options to increase or decrease the level of intensity to meet you where you are in your body.

FREEDOM flow

This class is an excellent middle ground between our Power Vinyasa and Slow Flow Yoga classes. DARK YIN
Join us for a dreamy dark yin class that allows you to sink deep into your body. With a focus on holding only 5-10 poses per class, yin will assist you in gently relaxing the muscles and fascial connective tissues, creating longer-lasting flexibility.
